If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As a good practice, we recommend filming unboxing videos to help us troubleshoot any delivery issues effectively.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and the status of your refund. If your purchase included a branded box, please note that if bought separately, the box will not be refunded unless it is damaged or defective. To facilitate the refund process in case of a defect, it is advised to film your unboxing experience.

Clearance Sale Items

Clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we are more than happy to replace the defective or damaged shoes upon delivery. To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Returns

Our customer service team will provide you with the return address to facilitate the return process.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To minimize shipping costs when expecting an exchange, you are not required to return the shoebox.
